Shipping Policies

Damaged

Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.

Late Delivery

If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, UPSP, etc.) delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does not apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.

Holiday Delivery

During peak times, deliveries may take one additional business day to arrive. This affects the week prior to the following Holidays: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.

Wrong Addresses

Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.

Undelivered Packages

Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is not on home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver package. Some packages require a signature, while other may be left at the door.

Shipping Information

We are not responsible for incorrect information sent to us, i.e., incorrect shipping addresses. Please enter destination location carefully. We charge a redelivery fee of $15.00 for any incorrect addresses. Please note the biggest mistake is a missing suite or apartment number.

Recipient's telephone number must be included in the shipping information. During peak seasons shipping companies reserve the right to suspend their guarantees. We will inform you if such an event should occur. For multiple packages shipping to the same address, please call for a shipping quote.

Once USPS has claimed delivery of a package, the responsibility of this package is no longer ours. If your customer claims non-delivery and USPS claims it was delivered, we cannot issue a credit or refund. We also have to charge for a reship as USPS will not refund any packages shown as delivered.

Placing orders

We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, these days are also not considered delivery days.

Return Policy

We guarantee all of the products available on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, or it arrives damaged, we will resend the order or issue a refund or credit. If you have an issue with quality of our products please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
